With FreeWill, an online service, you can easily and conveniently create a basic will.
This online will-writing resource takes approximately 20 minutes to use and helps you write or update a legal will, designate beneficiaries, and set aside a legacy gift, at no immediate cost.
With their secure online tool, you can make your plan and designate a portion of your legacy to NCLC, supporting coastal conservation for generations to come.
Legal Language to Use
For gifts that will come into effect after your lifetime, North Coast Land Conservancy should be named in the following manner:
North Coast Land Conservancy, a nonprofit organization, incorporated in the State of Oregon in 1986 and with the business address of P.O. Box 67, Seaside, OR 97138, to be used to further the goals of North Coast Land Conservancy. NCLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. NCLC’s employer identification number is 93-0957815.
