Fishers Point is located in the marine zone of the Nehalem Estuary and includes one mile of shoreline habitat. The land includes estuarine resources, salt marsh, and Sitka spruce forest. Located directly across from Nehalem Bay State Park, the property ensures a “green vista” for visitors to the park.
