Gateway Park provides the first view of the Pacific to motorists southbound from Astoria. After acquiring what is today known as Ne-ah-coxie Village in 1998, NCLC deeded three acres to the City of Seaside Urban Renewal Agency in 2002.
Only the parking area and fenced lawn are open to the public.
