North Coast Land Conservancy is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win an escape to Oregon’s Coastal Edge, featuring four days and three nights at the oceanfront Beach Haven home in Arch Cape, along with a coastal indulgence gift basket with certificates and goodies from local businesses and artisans, such as Pilot House Distilling, Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters, Cannon Beach Book Company, and more! With four bedrooms, Beach Haven sleeps up to eight people. The estimated value for this package is upward of $2,850. Tickets are on sale now, and only 100 tickets will be sold! All funds raised from this raffle go toward habitat conservation and restoration on the Oregon Coast.

About the House:
Dense hedges and shore pines shelter this elegant mid-century oceanfront home, bringing you a private, magical stay at the beach in Arch Cape. With mesmerizing views and your own beach access 36 steps down to the surf, Beach Haven Ocean Front gives you space to relax and unwind in a home designed to make the most of its magnificent location. In the living room, a circle of mid-century rattan sofas face outward to a wall of windows and the churning surf. When you aren’t gazing at the sea and sky, a second seating area surrounds a TV and wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings. The ocean-view dining table seats eight at an adult table, plus two at an adorable kids’ table. With an outdoor barbecue and the fully-equipped kitchen updated with stainless-steel appliances, you’ll find lots of options for dining in.
Two pretty queen bedroom suites, one with garden and one with ocean views, grace the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find two breathtakingly charming bedrooms, one an ocean-view queen and the other a sweet children’s room with two twin beds looking out to the tops of shore pines. A manicured backyard lawn with built-in benches and an under-cover patio with a dining table and fire pit give you fabulous spaces to gather and contemplate the vast ocean before you. The beach is right outside a sweet wooden gate and down the stairs—you’ll be treated to miles of level sand and a view of Castle Rock, Arch Cape’s famous offshore basalt formation. When you’re ready to venture further out, you’ll find coastal trails, fantastic beaches and wonderful North Coast towns to explore—Cannon Beach, Seaside and Astoria are minutes away. Beach Haven is your own private ocean retreat where you’ll experience timeless rejuvenation, surrounded by the beauty of the coastal edge!
Tickets cost $100 each, and only 100 tickets will be sold, giving you fantastic odds of winning! The winning tickets will be drawn at 12:15 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2023, via Facebook LIVE, and winners will be immediately notified by phone or email. Funds will be used to support coastal conservation.
To buy tickets: Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. June 1, 2023. You can purchase tickets online through the Donate button by putting “Raffle Ticket Purchase” in the box for “Is there anything you’d like us to know about this donation?” Or email us at nclc@NCLCtrust.org with your name, phone number, mailing address, and number of tickets you want. We’ll call you to get your credit card information for payment, unless you prefer to pay by check (mail to North Coast Land Conservancy, PO Box 67, Seaside OR 97138 and put “Raffle” on the memo line). You must be physically in Oregon or Washington when purchasing the tickets. You also must be 18 years or older to purchase.
Refund policy: This raffle drawing is a fundraiser for coastal conservation in Oregon. No refunds will be granted. Additionally, the ticket price is NOT tax-deductible. Thank you for your generous support of coastal conservation!

Beach Haven home is a pet-free home and no smoking allowed. Winner will have a 12-month booking window, beginning July 18, 2023. Restrictions and blackout dates apply: November 22-26, 2023 (Thanksgiving); December 22-25, 2023 (Christmas); December 29, 2023 to Jan 1, 2024 (New Years); March 23-31, 2024 (OR spring break) (CA spring break); and July 3-7, 2024 (Independence Day).
