Join our stewardship team to clean up NCLC habitat reserves and public properties around town during a work party being held in partnership with the City of Seaside!
We will meet at the Wahanna Ballfields on South Wahanna Road in Seaside (Map Here) to start our cleanup. After providing directions to all participants, we can then split into small groups to cover more ground.
A few of the areas we plan to target are behind the Seaside Cinema; the property behind Avenues B and D; and areas along Wahanna Road. We will be cleaning up litter and trash, as well as removing old tree-fencing materials from these areas.
What to Bring: Bring weather-appropriate apparel and items such as boots, rain gear, sunscreen, water, lunch, etc. If you have gloves and/or a trash grabber, that would be helpful too. Disposable gloves and trash bags will be provided.
