Neacoxie Wetlands

Type of Project: Habitat Reserve

These wetlands arrayed along the east side of Neacoxie Creek are key elements in our Neacoxie Wildlife Corridor. Birds and beavers are active in this reserve, which includes spruce and hemlock forest and areas of open water. It serves to link the Necanicum Estuary with the dune swale lakes of the Clatsop Plains.
