Planting at Shangrila Habitat Reserve

Join us from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, to plant native species as part of our ongoing restoration at Shangrila Habitat Reserve in Seaside. We will meet in the overflow lot behind the Ruby’s Roadside Grill on the south side of town. Map here. We will walk together to the job site on the reserve.

NCLC will provide gloves and tools, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own if they have some they like to use. Other supplies, such as boots, rain gear, water, a snack, etc., are good things to bring to help you stay comfortable for a couple hours in the field!

As a reminder, dogs are not permitted on NCLC habitat reserves, and there are no bathrooms onsite.
