North Coast Land Conservancy is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a fun-filled stay at an oceanfront inn, located in the quaint coastal town of Manzanita. The winner will receive a five-day, four-night stay for up to four people at the cozy Ocean Inn at Manzanita, along with a coastal indulgence gift basket featuring certificates and goodies from local businesses and artisans to make your vacation even more memorable.
The estimated value for this package is upward of $2,500. Tickets are on sale now, and only 100 tickets will be sold! All funds raised from this raffle go toward habitat conservation and restoration on the Oregon Coast.
*Individuals must be located in the state of Oregon or the state of Washington when purchasing their ticket(s) and receiving their prize.
About the Ocean Inn at Manzanita
While at the Ocean Inn, enjoy 7 miles of alluring beach just steps from the door of your suite—not to mention a wide array of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The inn has 10 guest rooms that provide guests a comfortable and alluring home away from home during their stay.
All rooms accommodate up to four people, have access to guest laundry, and are equipped with Wi-Fi, cable tv, and HBO. Depending on the room you select, other features may include:

- Full kitchen
- Living room
- Wood-burning stove
- Ocean and/or Neahkahnie Mountain views
- Garage or carport
- Jacuzzi tub

The Ocean Inn has several other amenities available to guests. In the lobby, you can enjoy a cup of coffee supplied by Astoria Coffee Company and cookies from The Roost in Wheeler, OR. You also can borrow folding beach chairs, beach sheets, and umbrellas.

Tickets cost $100 each, and only 100 tickets will be sold, giving you fantastic odds of winning!
The winning ticket will be drawn at noon on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Participants need not be present to win. The winners will be immediately notified by phone or email. Funds will be used to support coastal conservation.
To buy tickets:
Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. June 1, 2025. You can purchase tickets online here, or email NCLC Development Coordinator Caroline Haslach at carolineh@NCLCtrust.org with your name, phone number, mailing address, and number of tickets you want. We’ll call you to get your credit card information for payment. Additionally, we can accept calls to take credit cards over the phone during normal NCLC business hours, beginning June 2. Checks reserving raffle tickets can be sent at any time until tickets are sold out.
Tickets will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and distributed upon payment. You must be physically in Oregon or Washington State when purchasing the tickets. You also must be 18 years or older to purchase.
Refund policy: This raffle drawing is a fundraiser for coastal conservation in Oregon. No refunds will be granted. Additionally, the ticket price is NOT tax-deductible. Thank you for your generous support of coastal conservation!
If you’re buying a raffle ticket as a gift, we can send the ticket directly to the recipient with a note explaining who it’s from, as well as a personal word of thanks from NCLC.
