Family Fun Day at Circle Creek
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday, June 17
Circle Creek Conservation Center
Join us for a family friendly event at Circle Creek Conservation Center on Saturday, June 17. NCLC is hosting an event with various activities to engage the whole family. We will offer a critter crawl with biologist Mike Patterson, face painting, seed-ball making, and a nature art project. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
This program is free, but registration is required.
Outing Details: The critter crawl will be on a rustic trail; please wear appropriate footwear for this adventure.
What to Bring: Participants are encouraged to bring water, snacks, binoculars, and walking poles and to have appropriate hiking footwear and layers for the day’s weather.
Can you clarify appropriate minimum age.
All are welcome to come! There is no minimum age. The seed-ball making and critter crawl will probably be best suited for children ages 5 and up, but the face painting and art project are appropriate for toddlers as well. And there are plenty of grassy places for them to play under the supervision of parents and guardians.
