Description of Property:
Because of a fill performed by Johnson Brothers, a mitigation site was created at the Avenue E property. NCLC managed the mitigation, and then received the property as a donation from Johnson Brothers.
Natural Resource Features:
This mitigated site hugs the west bank of Neawanna Creek, adding to an extensive and relatively untouched system of salt marsh and estuary activity.
