Description of Property:
The Circle Creek property has great potential to be used by students, visitors, and other members of the community. A house on the southwestern corner has plans to be developed into the Circle Creek Conservation Center. A nearby barn houses 4-H Club animals. An open water component on the property may be enhanced for use by waterfowl, viewable from the Conservation Center. This property neighbors Ecola National Park.

Natural Resource Features:
The property has an expansive meadow used by elk and waterfowl. An extensive Sitka spruce forested wetland along the western boundary connects this property to the Tillamook Head ecosystem. Circle Creek and smaller tributaries meander through the property, providing habitat for salmon and the Red-legged frog.
