Description of Property:
The North Coast Land Conservancy owns only half the undivided interest in this property. Given setback regulations this land can not be developed because of its slim dimensions.
Natural Resource Features:
The 8th Street Forest is part of an extensive estuary wetlands system stretching up the largely undeveloped Neawanna Creek. It is an important roost site for cormorants and has been a favorite site of a Great Egret.
